i passed by last week and I guess still 2 months at least to be finished as pool area still lots lots of work to be done and interiors as well

Hi Red Sea,

I think they suddenly get a spurt on, just a few weeks ago it seemed El Andalous (same developers) was ages off of being finished, but yesterday my friend got a sneak preview of her apartment and the complex and was absolutely amazed at what had been done in a couple of weeks and is delighted with the finishings, so maybe Saras Residence will be the same.

Sara's Completion Date

My partner and I have purchased a 1 Bed in sara's. We have been informed that the completion date is 15th February. I am going out last week in feb.

Hi I own some appartments directly on the sea in village road which is about a five minute walk away from Sarah's residence it is finished totally on the outside now but none of the units appear to be occupied and no work is being done inside. Looks like the project has ground to a halt but happy to go and have a quick look around if anyone wants me to. Zoe

Hi all,

Just to let you all know that I have been informed that all is complete. I will be making a visit to Hurghada via Cairo to recieve my apt. I'll be there for for the first week of May. I'll be hoping to rent my unfurnished apt on long term basis. I'll be happy to meet up with anyone who is going to be around then to share ideas & experiences etc.....
