Loan default actions are still unclear as there haven't been any "significant" cases of loan defaults yet. If you believe you can pay installments, pay as long as summer to see where the market is heading. I dont know a lot about remraam except that its a Tatweer project targeted to the middle-income society. What do your fellow remraam investors say?

Hi I have been reading your threads and I believe you have a sound knowledge about real estate. I need your advise, I bought a 2 bed medium unit in remraam at the rate of 1200psf in phase I, the OP was 760psf but since the phase 3 launch was at 1065, the prices went up too fast. I had availed a mortgage through Tamweel and they had paid the premium to the seller. My question is if this property is cancelled or I default the payment on completion. What is Tamweels action or what are the consequences of loan default.
