Where are you buying right now?

A lot of the focus seems to be in the State Capitals so I was wondering if that's where most people are buying? We don't live near a State Capital and although we have bought there in the past (mainly Melbourne) we're looking at regional areas.

I was wondering where others are buying for investment?
