watch out differences between act 15 and act 16

I'm buying offlplan and I'm having a lot of problems, that I've already described in an other post.
I just wanted to advice people, like me, buying offplan.
Never pay 100% at act 15. Act 15 means almost nothing, I paid 100 % but the apartment is not finished, if full of problems and the seller is treatment like a piece of ****....
As i've already paid...I have no rights !
So, if someone buys offplan....keep your eyes wide open, never choose the lawyer that the sellers suggest and read the contracts 10 times before signing !!
