While each approach has its advantages and disadvantages, there are some common characteristics shared by all three . For example, the Waterfall method places heavy emphasis on documenting requirements up front, but it can also limit creativity and opportunity during development. Furthermore, it's not always as accommodating of end-user feedback as Agile, which may cause delays and increased costs. Ultimately, the choice between Waterfall and Agile depends on the nature of the project.
