Something like 1 in 6 people have or are paying their rent/mortgage with a credit card!

As a one off, ok but on a semi-regular basis? That's not sustainable, so big probs ahead

It is not a good time to be a landlord at the moment, especially for commercial property with the recession still playing a factor in shop closures etc.
