Ok guys,
I've heard from the grapevine (and a friend who lives in Dubai...hehe..) that Emaar are launching the Tinja project today in Dubai. The first to be launched are going to be the upmarket beach front villas, followed by townhouses and then apartments.
Anyone in Dubai who's investing there!?!?!
