If anyone is interested I think Thailand is still very affordable and has long term prospects. I own 2 condos there and wish I had bought 3 more when prices were down.... it has doubled but is still a bargain. And I a certainly still looking. Jom Tien beach near Pattya is a good investment as the tourist flock there each year and even in the low season there are tourist looking to rent for a week or 2 or more. Let me know if you want me to hook you up with an agent....There are deals in a lot of parts of Thailand and I have been to most places....Krab, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Rai lay, ....well way too many to list....but I think for rental minded investor this place will always be popping....and guys, its a whole lot of fun!

    For Sure

I agree, the property still represents great value for money in Thailand. There are still places that will rise up in the future just look at local infrastructures for hints on whats going on.
