Hi - I am considering purchasing an apartement at the Sinai Golf Heights resort - Has anyone heard much about this place or bought there? Any inside knowledge would be much appreciated - I'll be looking to use a 2 Bed apartement for renting out and using myself - I'm a dive and golf fanatic!! lol

hi Rob sinai golf heights is amazing for golf players and for investement also as you can rent your appartement all year which means u pay from the rent income if u get it by credit
if u dont rent and u want to sell it after 2 or 3 or even five years it will be more than 4 times the price u bought with
because within a year or 2 most nabq will become very popular . u know why ?
because a very big mall in cairo will open there
