    Over the last few weeks there has been much mention of the European Union, the EU referendum and the forthcoming UK exit from the EU.     There has always been good value when looking at long-term buy to let investments in the likes of Scotland and the North of England. These areas do not attract the same level of capital appreciation as London and the South of England but long-term steady rental income has allowed many investors to build up significant portfolios.
  3. While business and political power in the UK are dominated by London and the south of England the vast majority of property investment will remain in these areas. However, the perceived valuation gap between the north and south of England must surely come into play at some point? When will investors begin to see more value in the North?
