set up a business

Could anyone enlighten me with the correct way of setting up a business in Portugal.
I want to work from a warehouse and sell products.
I want to operate in central Portugal, but i have no idea of where to start or the cost of renting a warehouse unit or taxes etc.
So, if any of you could help I would very greatful.

I am in Algarve, just near from Faro.

The help i can give you is explain any doubts, commercial or financial you have about Portugal.
