Sale price of Studio in International city Spain cluster

Can anyone tell me the real prevailing price of studio in international city spain cluster. I have been checking on Gulf news but it shows big variation in prices quoted by different agents. some offering AED143,000 and 200,000.

Currently the price in Spain cluster is around 190-200k depending at what rate it is rented and if it has a balcony. Ground floor apartments fetch a bit less price(180-190) This can be considered as a NET TO OWNER price. The buyer will have to pay 2% transfer fee at the land department, commission to the real estate agent(usually 2%),500 dirhams for Nakheel NOC and 315 dirhams as title deed charges by the land deptt. So it will cost the buyer around 8-9000 additionally.
