Reservation Fee Refundable or Non-Refundable without any signature?

I have quick:

1- I tried to book an appartement on 2008
2- I give the company manager cheque for the booking fee (10%)
3- After 10 days they gave me receipt for the cheque also the asked me to sign the docs
4- I didn't sign any docs

Could I ask via Dubai court to refund my money.
BTW the company is still working.

yes you can if the refund your money back it and depends on developer if still the company there or also it depends if you got any notice from dubai courts .
