Has anybody got a rough idea on the rental prices in Nabq. I have a 2 bedroom apartment to rent out and wondered how much I could rent it out for on a long term rent.

if it,s fully furnished Good quality And good location it can be between 2500 and 3000 Egyptian pounds for long term residential

Do what you would do anywhere. Look at comparative properties in the area & see what rents they are actually achieving, as opposed to what was being asked. Start by looking at what local letting agencies are offering.
Actually, this is a bit of a "cart before the horse situation". If you are buying a property simply to let out, then before you buy ask local agents what types of property are most in demand, what do they have waiting lists for.
