Hi all, i'm a new member on this forum. The company i'm attached to is looking for hotel/ serviced apartment acquisition opportunities in bangkok.
Recently an agent gave me a proposal on a hotel. I asked whether the property is subject to any encumbrances. She told me nope, but the land is charged. Obviously this sounded really confusing to me. If the land is charged, naturally the property is encumbered, isn't it? or is there something wrong with my interpretation?
Appreciate if anyone can give me heads-up on this.
