Positive outlook for UK property as RICS index shows price rise despite increase in new instructions

Residential property prices in the UK are continuing to rise despite an*increase in the number of new instructions received by agents, according*to the latest index published today. (November 10)

The number of chartered surveyors reporting rises rather than falls in*houses were at their highest in October since December 2006.*Some 34% were positive compared with 20% in September, the survey from*the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors shows.
