I am planning to buy 1 bedroom apartment in Pier 8 marina dubai.i am just worried about the progress of the project as it was delayed a long time and was supposed to be completed on 2011 and now due date is 2018

I'm led to believe that the Dubai authorities now keep track of all development projects in the region and offer financial support to investors where there are problems. Perhaps it is worth getting in touch with the Dubai authorities to see what's happening with this particular development and where you stand?

Hello, we also bought one unit in pier8. We are now receiving no more replies from Abyaar to our mails or calls. Any idea what we can do? Has anyone had any success with RERA or other authorities?
