No need to tidy! Filthy house sells for its full £115,000 asking price... despite its owner advertising it in this shocking state of squalor
The three-bedroom home in Erdington, Birmingham sold for £114,950
Agents said it had 14 viewings before the offer was accepted in one month
Photographs showed rubbish strewn on the kitchen floor, unmade beds, tat adorning the living room floor and a filthy bathroom
Estate agents Burchell Edwards said the buyer is a commercial investor
New owner, who remained anonymous, described the property as a 'palace'

I think this is a perfect sign that people are so desperate at the moment they are willing to buy just about anything to get a foot on the property ladder. When the market is not as buoyant people tend to pick and choose a lot more.

In all honesty some rubbish on the floor is unlikely to put someone off a property is it?
