Has anyone see that the UK TV show A Place in the Sun has launched its own website? Most property buying websites in the UK are either unknown names (such as Property Index or newspaper-linked (such as Prime Location, which is owned by the Daily Mail) so this one is new and a bit different. TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE?

i have seen this offer on 2 bed apartments in Kefalonia with a 95% mortgage and a 5 year rental that covers it. Add to this the 5% deposit is payable monthly over the build!

HAs anyone seen anything better than this? Where do you put £7k in this climate thats safe and will give you any sort of return. Should i be suspicious? its at one-greece by the way
