Hello there,
Welcome aboard! I also created a welcome thread about 5 days ago but despite having 700+ views no-one has said hello....so thought I would make you feel welcome from the outset!
I've only been here for a short while myself and have so far found a variety of information available from different areas of the property world so sure you will find something of use.
