Moving on to my 2nd IP

It's not every day you're able to double your portfolio - but I have just come back from the bank with pre-approval for my 2nd IP purchase ;-)

I just want to say Thank You to everybody for providing this great forum and giving me so much inspiration. I'm already looking forward to the 3rd!

Hi Alexander,
It has been a slow wait for the equity gain as I bought an apartment 18 Months ago have just got a council valuation and are applying to the bank for an revolving credit account, which should give me about 30k as a deposit for the next one.

Have been looking for the last six months have only seen two properties I really liked a unit in Davenport and a freestanding 1 Bedroom home in Glenfield, but was not in a position to do anything about them.

So still looking, will buy as soon as one comes up that fits the rules.
