Manufacturing is actually growing again in the US, with the Midwest being the heart of manufacturing for America.

So, the Midwest is seeing real estate stabilize and rebound.

As a whole, the Midwest did not experience the spike in real estate prices popular states like Florida, Georgia, Nevada, Arizona and California did.

Also, labor costs in China continues to rise and last year's tsunami in Japan showed how fragile extended supply chains can be. Thus, US manufacturing is picking up again, which is centered in the Midwest.

So, the Midwest real estate recovery is not a surprise.

Yes latest market reports and analysis saying US homes prices are increasing but we need to wait more reports for confirmation.

Of coarse, the prices increases badly. Latest survey of California proves that the prices has been increases specially of the big cities.
