Were you successful in finding a good property agent in Sao Paulo, and are you able to provide a recommendation? I will take ownership of an apartment in Sao Paulo in early 2011 which I am interested to let, and looking for a good agent to manage rental on my behalf.

Hi Will,

I am in communication with an agent who has been quite professional, she used to work for Gafisa whom are the developer of the property I bought in Sao Paulo.

I am trying to locate a couple of other agents to ensure prices being quoted etc are in the same ball park so to speak, so will let you know once I have done.
