Hi,
I took a house on rent in The Greens in Dubai and paid 2 cheques for six months each. At the time of taking the house, the owner told that the previous tenant did not return the access card that is required to enter the building and promised me that he would provide me the card in2-3 days time.
It is more than 2 months now and he has not provided me with the card.When I checked with Emaar, I am imformed that the owner of the house has not paid the required fees to Emaar, so Emaar will not issue any access card for this house.
When I told it to the owner of the house and asked him to return my money as I can not stay in the house without an access card,he has not replied.
Can anyone suggest me any lawyer who can file a case for me against the landlord?
