Hi there, I'm Dinrosdi. From Singapore, I'm a professional Real Estate Specialist with PROPNEX - The Largest Real Estate Company in Singapore!

You might come across in recent reports that this island nation is beefing up our economic versatility by initiating the construction of mega Integrated Resorts (IR). The Sands and Genting Group have secured the deal and we are on our way to realise a truly inviting nation that embraces the world as our guests.

Through such bright economic outlook, Singapore is fast becoming a premium choice location for property investors. Premiere addresses such as THE SAIL and MARINA BAY RESIDENCES are fast becoming the prized posession of many investors.

By end 2006, Private home prices have seen an increase of about 8 to 9 percent. Up from a rise of 3.9 per cent in 2005. The high-end luxury market have never seen a better time.........and it's stil surging. Residences around the IR have been snapped up in record time. Such strong market sentiments have also nudge the price index higher.

What are your concerns about investing on a property in Singapore? Let's share.
