Hi
I am thinking about investing in IC studio , i found some very low prices 180,000-200,000 AED ! which is less than expected , i am not sure if this is the usual price or the Sewage smell issue played its part !!
I never been to IC so i need some help in choosing the right cluster & if now is the right time to buy a property there?
