I have 2 studios in the spanish cluster international city. I am thinking off selling. I have been told prices are still dropping and international city will take alot longer to recover.

Could anyone give me any info on this place ?

cud sell it for 150 K -if u find a buyer- prices still falling -- till end of 2011 mid 2012 --
loads of news to come up with in couple of months cud see a further dip in coming months -- latest news to follow selling of fiscal asset

if you need help selling i could show you where to go ,but since you have stayed the whole down cycle is it worth it to sell so close to the bottom...only you can tell

you can still receive good rental income 7-9% better than many investment vehicles with comparable risk.

money is being printed on monthly basis all over the world so any hard asset is better than cash in such environment.

you can hide your property from the tax man lol only kidding
