IFAS REQUIRED for overseas developer in Cyprus, Greece and Crete

    I work for the largest Developer in Cyprus, we offer a full range of services from design through to unlimited, and unrivalled aftercare- geared towards the UK market.

    I work from the UK head office, and we are currently taking on new IFAs to refer clients to us. Obviously the reward is generous commission- however we have a strong ehtic towards diligent consultation prior to sale- and the deal should always match the requirements of the purchaser. We will provide all the support and training necessary; very little effort is required on your part.

    Dear Paul

    We do the same thing here in Crete, just curious on what finance solutions
    is available to your clients.. finance is not a problem in Greece I don't know
    much about Cyprus

    we offer up to 100% mortgage for UK clients with fulltime employment status
    and a simple criteria, salary, Credit rating etc...

    If you meet clients who are unable to lay down a deposit but could qualify
    for a favourable up to 100% mortgage, then I could help.. a lot of people
    are not aware they could be approved or that such fianance is avaialble

    we also have high quality properties and off plan projects going below
    market value. that's Crete only
