I was thinking being a novice, how much does the following will affect the re-sale or rental of a flat.
Lets assume a studio in a building G + 21F:
1. Floor (First couple of floor, mid waythrough the building and the top floors)
2. View ( Looking out to a Major Highway/Road, or Looking at a Nice big view like far off area with residentials, parks etc etc assuming its a high floor or No View or Looking inside the compound )
lets talk in percentiles.
and then we go into a real life case example.
