How is 2018 ending for your property portfolio?

There is no doubt that 2018 has been a very eventful year for worldwide real estate markets (to say the least!).

How did you perform in 2018? What are your hopes for 2019?

Well, 2018 was a very interesting year to say the least however those who have stuck with high yielding buy to let assets will still have the same rental income (if not more) at the end of the year than start of the year. Capital values are unlikely to have fallen unless you had property in London and some areas of the South.

All in all fairly steady but 2019 might see a little bit more downward pressure on prices but I cant see a collapse.
