Besides Lindex(sp) and/or RPD (which don't specifically tell Realtors),if a parcel is in either a Historical site or in the Clean N Green area, and besides calling the Historical Society, is there any other method for deciphering whether a listing is in a Clean N Green area and/or in a Historical zone?
These factors listing agents up here in Eastern PA now have to obtain.
The Deed of course doesn't say, neither does RPD. The zoning classification is not what I need (I already got that from the township zoning official: Low Density Resi.),it's the others I need.
