Hi All,
My house has just gone on the open market and I'm hoping for a quick sale.
At what point is it wise to instruct a conveyancing solicitor for the sale? It's been so long I've forgotten!
I have a copy of the title deeds but wondered whether I should instruct before any significant interest?
Thanks in advance.
Best wishes
Michael

Hey Michael — if you’re hoping for a quick sale then prob a good idea to find a solicitor and engage them sooner rather than later.. basically when you receive an offer is the latest you can leave it (at that point the buyers solicitor will need to put the offer to yours, so if you have one organized then you won’t we scrambling about at the last minute). Hope that helps!
