I am having trouble with Minc with a similar problem on their project Marina Suites.
Can you update me on what the outcome of your situation or is it still going on.

Are they (Minc owners/management) still based in Dubai?

Yes, the company is Minc property wealth management in Dubai. If you check their web site you will see three developments in Dubai, Marina Suites is one, and Prodigy is another.

Thank you for the info on a good solicitor in Dubai..Before I start down this road, I would like to know whether Minc have actually started construction on your Prodigy development and what the out come was of the 88% extra they requested from the investors.
Our group is in the position that Minc have said they are in a dispute with their builders, who are asking for more money to complete the apartments Marina suites...Us investors have all pid at least 50%, some more, yet there has been only foundations laidin 3 years.
I fear that Minc are playing the same game as they did with you after reading comments from your group.
