Demand for real estate in Dubai has moved from an over supplied onshore market to exclusive*holiday homes particularly offshore projects on the manmade The World, it is claimed.

Kleindienst Group, the developer of The Heart of Europe project on The World islands*development, launched sales of 20 villas on its Germany island in December and has since increased*its prices by over 50% per cent, the company's chief executive said.

This sounds more realistic than the discovery of the oil, but still nakheel must pay back 22 billion $. They need to do something; all of this bull**** doesn’t work anymore.
Ok guys let’s put some numbers
An island to accommodate 20 villas will cost at least 50 millions without the electricity and the water supply. Plus the constriction of the villa in the middle of the sea makes the cost not less than 2 million $, How come they sell the villa for 1 million $. Is this the final attempted from nakheel to pinch more money before they declare bankruptcy.
