Hello,
just wondering if anyone knew about Declaration of trust in property.
i drew up a declaration of trust with my partner for the first house we got together, where it said I would be owed a certain amount if we were to split. Since then we transferred mortgage to a new house, but the declaration of trust was not updated. Is it still legally binding for our new house? We are separating so keen to know if I can afford to buy them out.
