Court Action in Morocco

ya right!!
The reality is the winner is the one with the best connections and the deepest pockets as a general rule.

Honestly it all depends on the particular case and who you are fighting. You have a much better chance of winning if you are in the right and you are up against an individual, person or company. If you are up against a Moroccan gov.t or Moroccan entity such as bank, utilities company, phone company, etc. chances are not as promising.

The truth is Morocco is corrupt, always has been and unfortunately, always will be, but this can work both for or against you, it depends on how you are able to play it.

Now the other problem is collecting, should you indeed win. Just because a judgement is in your favour, does not automatically mean you will see any money. Enforcement of a judgement is a whole different ball game. Again it can depend on how much you may need to bride.

Also some areas of Morocco are more corrupt than others. For example, Marrakech being a hotbed for the taking of bribes while Casablanca is not nearly as bad.
