our property in cape verde should of been ready by dec 08 or so it said in our promissory contract. Know apparently it is june 09 is this breach of contract and am i entitled to my monies back?
Can anyone shed any light on this or give me direction in which way to go or who i can speak to. My solicitors are Neville De Rougemont but they cant seem to give me any definative answers.
