Condominium set up and regulations

Has anyone here ever set up the legal structure for a small condominium in Brasil?
How difficult was it, how much did it cost?
Maybe even have a digital example copy of the legal structure.

Also does anyone have an example of condominium regulations contract for property owners to sign
