Buying a property in Gran Canaria through an LTD company

I'm looking to buy an investment property in Gran Canaria with a business partner through a limited company.

I know that usually, you need an NIE number and a Spanish bank account to purchase one personally, however I can't find any information about doing it through an LTD company. I wonder if it's possible and if the Spanish banks would consider a mortgage application from a limited company. If so if there are any serious disadvantages doing it this way.

Aside from that, I wonder if anyone has had experience with buying a property in Gran Canaria and how you found the process?
