Buy to let mortgages in Germany

Hello
I am resident in Berlin and want to buy property here. I have a big deposit but no provable income. Would it be possible for me to part finance a purcahse based on its rental yield?

Hi InkPot - I'd say that you might find it quite hard (= impossible) to find finance from financial institutions without proof of additional income. The bank will want to know how you are going to meet your repayments if your tenants should move out. How are you going to pay for refurbishment work, taxes, unforeseen events etc.?
