Hello all,
Has anyone had a positive result releasing equity from an apartment located on the coast?
If yes, which bank or broker did you use and what sort of interest rates are applicable?
From what i understand, even if you want to release 30% equity and keep 70% in the property itself, the banks don't even want to know.
