Due to a change in circumstances, we are looking to sell our 2 bedroom 2 bath penthouse on AGV.
We are prepared to sell this for the price we purchased for in early 2008 meaning we make NO PROFIT and you benefit from the price increases since then. In addition, our contract was signed at the 30% deposit offer (now 40%) therefore initial outlay is even less.
