Are balcony repairs covered by condominium?

The condominium my property is in is proposing some essential work to the exterior of the building. I have seom problems on my balcony and the wall that adjoins the balcony to the property. Would this be covered?

I think you would have to check with the management company to check the plans for the essential work. Essential works could be anything really.
