Angelica - Jumeirah Village

Does anybody know anything about this development in Jumeirah Village? It's called Angelica and the developer is Syndicate. I'm be grateful for any information. Thank you.

Nobody? What about the new development by Syndicate - called celestica, I think, and set to be launched later this month? Just having trouble fiind out about this developer and its projects, because they look pretty good on paper but I don't know how to find out about the developer. Can anybody help?
