Hi, I am planning to buy 2 BHK flat in BBCL ananya. Can you please provide me your till date experience with builder? I also heard about water logging problem in that area. Is it still a concern?

Velachery has come a long way since the water logging days and there are a good number of apartments there with world-class amenities. It is a fast developing area and is in demand right now in Chennai. Ananya is definitely a good choice.
