Advice on letting my apartment

I am waiting for the handover of my apartment which was recently completed in Jumeirah village South. I don't know what to expect to sell it for but have been advised to let the apartment until the area is more developed.

Can you please advise me on the following:

1-Reputable estate agents in Dubai.

2-As I don't have a bank account in Dubai is the rent normally paid to the estate agent and then transfered to my account abroad?

3- Can I expect to be paid the rent annually?

4- Does anyone know what is the current expected rent on a one bedroom apartment 1026 sq.m Tuscan Residences (Damac properties)

i think its easy to understand that ,its the best time to invest in dubai property ,the reason is you gonna see the the market will bloom after 26 0f november ,this the right time to invest here,
