Action for loss of Deposit

Hello,

I am looking for people who have lost their deposit or potentially could lose their deposit due to inefficient dealings with Financial brokers and Solicitors in Bulgaria. I had my mortgage revoked by the bank after the drawdown date was missed because the above parties did not complete the paper work in time and so the developer has forfeited my contract and kept my deposit.
