I hope Dubai will go up from now on.
10bil$ is better than nothing and it is a good injection to the economy.
And I think AD made the money from the stock exchange by manipulating the Dubai default.
Anyway the money will go to the contractors and investors and I hope this will alive the city and of course stabilize the property market.
