    sorry! congratualtions on your purchase. I imagine you will get anything from 10% upwards. At 10% it will be very easy to sell, especially if it is high up and has a park view. Even with a road view you should achieve 10% net to you.

    Yeah this is an asset bubble in the making. Riding the wave after booking early profits and reducing capital exposure is surely the way forward. Well it is for me anyway! Abu Dhabi passed the 3000 aed psf this week - that's over 1000 usd! It was half that in December.

    Select have a bad reputation for delivery times. That's the most important factor here. I am sure that will be good when it's done, but when will it be done!? Look at their Dubai projects. Also look at the price per square foot - 1600 is steep - this is RAK not Dubai

    Pricing for the Hotel on Waterfront is at 2100 plus 5%. That's buying in bulk though. Once people break it down to units expect it to hit 3000.
