A very basic, hypothetical question. If one was to purchase a few acres of ground in south England, and place a large shed on it to be used solely for personal storage, would they have to pay any form of overhead, tax or deduction?
Note, they dont own any other property, the shed itself would be fitted with basic solar panels and batteries but not connected to mains, it wouldnt be for any commercial or business use, it wouldnt be used for accommodation.
The sole purpose is to have a place where they can store personal items and belongings, some which require certain environmental needs, with minimal overheads.
Appreciate any info.
